From my home base in Brisbane, Australia I specialise in virtual administrative and secretarial services for small business owners and entrepreneurs across the world.

I work remotely, using online technology to support my clients with their administrative tasks, so that they have more time to concentrate on building their own business.

I offer casual rates for ad-hoc support and flexible retainers for regular weekly services, with no lock in contracts. You are simply invoiced on a weekly basis for the hours I work.

Rates

Rates are indicative only and are subject to change. All rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include an initial 30 minute discovery call, ongoing communication during the project and monthly check-ins via phone or video chat (if required).

Casual rate (for ad-hoc support requests)

I charge a casual rate of $50 per hour.

Minimum charge is 1 hour, and is billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.

Retainer rate (for regular work)

My rate for regular work is $40 per hour (minimum of 2 hours per week).

This rate is for clients who require ongoing support and have a list of regular tasks you’d to outsource to me each week. You will be invoiced on a weekly basis based on the number of hours worked.

Retainer work is billed in 15 minute increments with a minimum charge of 2 hours. There are no lock-in contracts or ongoing commitments past these minimum charges.
